By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions, together with our applicable Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns and Refund Policy.
3. Eligibility to Purchase
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that:

you are purchasing for delivery to an address within the United Kingdom;

the personal, delivery and payment information you provide is accurate and complete; and

where you purchase a pre-order product, you understand and accept the pre-order conditions set out in these Terms and on the relevant product page.
4. Products
We sell collectible products, which may include trading cards, sealed collectible products and products offered on a pre-order basis.
We take reasonable care to ensure that product descriptions, images, pricing, language versions, expected release information and availability information are accurate when published.
However, product packaging, artwork, release schedules, availability or other product details may occasionally be changed by manufacturers, suppliers or distributors.
Where a material change affects your order before dispatch, we will aim to provide relevant information and handle the matter fairly in accordance with these Terms and your statutory rights.
5. Pre-Order Products
Products clearly identified on our website as pre-order are products purchased before they are available for immediate dispatch.
Where you purchase a pre-order product:

any release date, expected release month or expected availability information shown on the product page is based on the latest information available to us and may be subject to change;
-
release dates and stock arrival dates may change due to manufacturer, supplier or distributor updates;
-
payment is taken at the time the order is placed, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout;
-
the product will be dispatched only after it has been officially released or otherwise made available to us, received into stock and prepared for shipping;
-
the delivery estimate shown for shipping applies only after dispatch and does not include the waiting period before release or stock arrival; and
-
tracking information will be provided once the relevant product has been dispatched.
By placing an order for a pre-order product, you acknowledge that the product is not immediately available for dispatch and agree that delivery will take place after the relevant release or stock availability date, in accordance with the information shown on the product page and these Terms.
Before placing a pre-order, you should carefully review the product description, product language, expected release information and applicable delivery details.
6. Orders Containing Multiple Pre-Order Products
Where an order contains multiple pre-order products with different release dates or stock availability dates, each available product will be dispatched separately once it has been received into stock and is ready for shipping.
You will not be required to wait until all products in the same order are available before an available product is dispatched.
Tracking information will be provided separately for each shipment.
No additional delivery charge will be applied solely because products from the same order are dispatched separately.
7. Placing an Order and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you are offering to purchase the selected product or products in accordance with these Terms.
After placing an order, you should receive an order confirmation using the contact details supplied at checkout. This confirmation records the details of your order.
All orders remain subject to successful payment processing, product availability and our ability to fulfil the order.
We may decline or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where:

payment has not been successfully authorised or received;

the product is unavailable or cannot reasonably be supplied;
-
there is an obvious pricing or product listing error;
-
we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorised payment activity;

the order is placed for delivery outside the United Kingdom; or
-
we are unable to fulfil the order for a legitimate operational or legal reason.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken and before dispatch, we will issue a refund for the cancelled product or order to the original payment method.
8. Prices and Payment
All prices will be displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time you place your order.
The total price payable, including any applicable taxes and delivery charges, will be shown before you complete your purchase.
Payments are processed using Wix Payments and any other payment methods expressly made available at checkout.
We do not store your full payment card details ourselves.
You must provide accurate and valid payment information when placing an order.
For pre-order products, payment is taken when the order is placed, unless expressly stated otherwise at checkout.
9. Delivery Area and UK Dispatch Warehouse
We deliver orders only within the United Kingdom.
Products are dispatched from our UK dispatch warehouse:

This address is used for dispatch operations only and is not the legal address of the store operator.
We do not currently offer delivery outside the United Kingdom.
10. Dispatch, Delivery and Tracking
For products that are available for dispatch, or for pre-order products once they have been received into stock and prepared for shipping, delivery within the United Kingdom is estimated to take 3 to 5 business days after dispatch.
This delivery estimate begins after dispatch and does not apply from the date a pre-order is placed.
Tracking information is provided for every dispatched product or shipment.
Once your order, or part of your order, has been dispatched, we will send tracking information using the contact details supplied at checkout.
Delivery dates and delivery timeframes are estimates unless a specific date or timeframe has been expressly agreed with you.
Delivery may be affected by courier operations, public holidays, severe weather, transport disruption or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. Where a significant delay affects your order, we will aim to keep you reasonably informed.

11. Responsibility for Delivery
Your order remains our responsibility until it has been delivered into your physical possession, or into the physical possession of a person identified by you to receive the order on your behalf.
This does not apply where you independently arrange your own carrier and that carrier was not offered or arranged by us.
If your order appears to be lost, arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe after dispatch, please contact us directly so that we can investigate and provide appropriate assistance.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts your statutory rights in relation to delivery, damaged products, missing products or non-conforming goods.
12. Pre-Order Cancellations
You may contact us to request cancellation of a pre-order before it has been dispatched.
Where a pre-order product has not yet been dispatched and you request cancellation, we will cancel the relevant product or order and refund the amount paid for the cancelled item to your original payment method.
Once a pre-order product has been dispatched, your cancellation and return rights will be handled in accordance with our Returns and Refund Policy and your applicable statutory rights.
Where a release date or stock availability date changes materially before dispatch, you may contact us for assistance or request cancellation of the affected pre-order.
13. Cancellation Rights for Online Orders
Customers purchasing online may have a statutory right to cancel eligible orders without giving a reason within 14 days from the day after receiving the goods, subject to applicable legal exceptions.
After informing us of a valid cancellation, you must return the relevant goods within the applicable return period.

Nothing in these Terms limits any statutory cancellation right available to you under applicable United Kingdom consumer law.
14. Faulty, Damaged, Incorrect or Misdescribed Products
Products supplied by us must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for any purpose made known to us where applicable under UK consumer law.
If a product is faulty, damaged in transit, incorrect or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible.
Depending on the circumstances, you may be entitled to a refund, repair, replacement or another appropriate remedy under applicable consumer law.
Your statutory rights are separate from, and are not reduced by, any additional return arrangements provided by us.

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, provided that this does not remove any right you may have under applicable consumer law, including rights relating to late delivery, non-delivery, cancellation or refunds.
