Some products sold on this website are offered on a preorder basis.

Where a product is listed as a preorder:

  • any stated release date or release month, including examples such as May, is an estimate only;

  • release timing may change if suppliers, distributors, or manufacturers update their schedules;

  • payment is taken at the time the order is placed unless otherwise stated at checkout;

  • preorder items are dispatched only once stock has been received and the order is ready for dispatch;

  • tracking information is provided after dispatch;

  • delivery estimates shown for shipping apply after dispatch and do not include the preorder waiting period.

If an order contains a preorder item, the order will be fulfilled when the relevant products become available and are ready for dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the website.

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

After you place an order, you should receive an order confirmation email. This email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted in all circumstances.

All prices shown on the website are displayed in the currency stated on the site at the time of purchase.

You must provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. Your order will not be dispatched until payment has been successfully authorised and received.

For preorder items, dispatch takes place only after stock becomes available and the order is prepared for shipment.

Where the order concerns a preorder item that has not yet been dispatched, cancellation requests can normally be reviewed before dispatch.
