dispatch takes place only after stock has been received and the order is ready to be shipped;
the 3 to 5 business day delivery estimate applies after dispatch, not from the date the order is placed.

Where an order contains preorder item(s), the order will be shipped when the relevant products become available and are ready for dispatch, unless otherwise stated on the website.
